Colin Moore
Colin's early years on the Clyde coast of Scotland underlie his deep connection to the rugged maritime landscapes and coastal regions of Britain and beyond; the subject of many of his powerful multi block Lino prints. Bold graphics traversed by sweeping lines energise solid colour in the pared down designs of his images.

After studying as an architect, Colin's former 30-year career in architecture has in recent years given way to painting and printmaking full time.

Commissioned public works include murals for Guy's Hospital London, Hilton Hotel Bournemouth, and the cruise ship Spirit of Discovery. He is the author of Propaganda Prints, art in the service of social and political change Bloomsbury 2010.
